Give your child the gift of inner peace and lasting well-being! Young students will nurture their innate compassionate nature by exploring a variety of meaningful, mindfulness-based activities that strengthen awareness of self, others, and the world around them. Games, stories, mindful movement, and crafts are all part of this holistic experience! New and returning students are welcome. This class will be held at the Maitri Center for Mindful Living, located at 120 N. Main Street in Oregon, WI. Taught by Kelly Petrie. Grades K-2. Fee: $141.
