Join this class for a wholesome experience for upper elementary aged students aimed at developing greater conscious awareness, inner confidence, and a compassionate heart. The Mindful Kids series strengthens all of these qualities and more through joyful lessons, interactive activities, and artful crafts that really speak to this age group. Enrich your child’s capacity to navigate the ups and downs of life with emotional balance and clarity. This class will be held at the Maitri Center for Mindful Living, located at 120 N. Main Street in Oregon, WI. Taught by Kelly Petrie. Grades 3-6. Fee: $141.
